Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days* of purchase. For a full refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original packaging and accompanied by the original receipt.
We will only accept for return or exchange, items that are:
- In new condition
- Unused
- Unaltered
- Free of damages
- Returned by the original purchaser
NOTE: Special order items incur a 20% restocking fee.
We reserve the right to limit or deny returns or exchanges regardless of the presentation of original receipt of purchase, based on our inspection of the product.
*Duravent black stove pipe and class A chimney venting can be returned within 60 days in new, unused condition in the original packaging accompanied by the original receipt.
